Learn how to view all communication in the Message Center
As an admin, it is important to ensure that the communication between staff members and families are meeting all of the standards your center presents. This feature can also be helpful if you need to pull up a message from a previous conversation.
1. Start by going to the message center in the top right corner of your screen.
2. The message center will automatically default to your personal inbox. On the left hand side you will select “Admin View”.
3. From Admin View you will see a list of every message that has gone in and out of your center, whether that is between staff members or staff members and families.
