Deleting Moments if Training with Real Children 

Leading up to your live date it is important that you take the time to get familiar with the website to ensure you are ready to go once you send invitations to parents. You have the option to work in an org with fake children or you can work in your org with your children. 

If you choose to use your center’s children, there are some things to make note of:

1. If you practiced sending a message to a family member, they will receive that message once they login. 

2. Parents will be able to see the sample moments you have created for their child. 

You can go through and delete these moments and messages prior to family invites being sent out or, if you reach out to us at LineLeader at least seven (7) days prior to your live date, we would be more than happy to go through and erase all of the practice moments you have created!
